Local Shipping (Indonesia)
- Stated in the shipping policy of the Product Page or your total shipping fee depends on the final destination of the shipping address as well as your package specifications. Total fees may change depending on the quantity, weight or volume of your package. Some items that require special treatment, such as bulky, oversized and delicate items, may incur additional special handling charges.
- The shipping charges are as follows:
- JABODETABEK area is IDR 9,000 (1-3 Business Days)
- Outside JABODETABEK area starting from IDR 11.000 (2-6 Business Days)
International Shipping
- Bobo Tokyo currently ships worldwide.
- The delivery cost will be charged to Customers based on the final destination of the order which will be reflected during the checkout process. Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
Processing Time
Orders placed after noon GMT will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12PM GMT on Friday will ship out in the next business day.
Possible Delay
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
