Bobo Tokyo is a brand collective that resonates in the honesty of Japanese designs with a serene yet playful approach. Dedicated to cater a broad spectrum of modern women, there are multiple brands under Bobo Tokyo. There are American Holic, Earth, Music & Ecology, Green Parks, Craft Standard Boutique, and Carlyn.
What is Carlyn?
Carlyn is a South Korean brand, embodies New York City's essence. Designer Alicia Lee blends urban sophistication from her Big Apple experience into every bag. Discover the fusion of South Korean craftsmanship and NYC chic in CARLYN's creations.
Are Bobobobo & Bobo Tokyo Official Distributors for Carlyn?
Yes, we are the only official distributors for Carlyn’s bags. Any store except Bobo Tokyo and Bobobobo that sells Carlyn’s bags cannot be certified as genuine Carlyn’s bags. Please be mindful when you want to purchase Carlyn’s bags as there are resellers that actually sells counterfeit Carlyn’s bags. We do not have any responsibility for any bags that are not purchased from Bobo Tokyo and Bobobobo.

How to shop at bobotokyo.com?
It's as easy as 1,2,3. Before you go ahead, please make sure you are already logged in, to make your shopping experience more convenient.
1. Browse through our new arrivals or particular category you want, until you find the one & only.
2. Click the product to select the available colors & sizes.
3. Click 'Add To Cart'
4. Continue & click 'Checkout' to fill out basic contact & shipping information.
5. Click 'Continue To Payment & then choose 'Online Payment'
6. Continue & click 'Complete Order' then you'll be redirected to choose your preferred payment methods.
7. Choose your payment methods & click 'Complete Payment'
You will receive order confirmation alongside the payment guideline via e-mail, so please make sure that you fill in the right email address. If you don't receive any order confirmation within 1 (one) hour, don't hesitate to tell us: customercare@bobotokyo.com
What if I make orders on weekends & public holidays?
Bobo Tokyo is not sending orders during weekends and national holidays. We will process your orders in the following business days.
What payment method Bobo Tokyo accepts?
We accept Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and JBC), Bank Transfer & Go-Pay.
How much time do I have to finish my payment?
You need to complete payment not later than 1 x 6 hours.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
What is Bobo Tokyo's exchange/return policy?
Exchanged or returned item must comply with our policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Bags & accessories must be returned with the original boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
Return applicable for 1 time only.
Non-exchanged & returned items include:
Intimates
Jewelry or Fine Jewelry
Pre-order items
Sale items and other items as stated in product page
Special Promo (Promo Code), Terms & Conditions according to promo's policy
Returns and exchanges are applicable for orders shipped to Indonesia and other countries, 5 days starting from the delivered date of the merchandise or otherwise stated in the Product Page.
Any exchanges or replacement for International orders might be charged for extra delivery fee, depending on the shipment location.
If merchandise is found defective or faulty once received, please notify us within 2 days and it can be replaced with no charge and full reimbursement of your shipping cost.
Some items cannot be returned due to sale programs, special agreements with merchants or sanitary reasons.
How do I exchange/return an item I purchased?
Call or email our Customer Service Team. Our Customer Service Team will gladly help you with your exchanges/returns.
You have 5 days to return / exchange your items. For items with value more than IDR 1,000,000, please return using express shipping and courier insurance.
Once we receive the items, we will perform an inspection. If your product passes the return check, you will receive email confirmation. We will exchange or refund your product accordingly within 5 working days.
